<p>Being accountable for actions or lack of, is so important when reaching objectives. New years resolutions often fail because anyone can think of goals and write them down but it's meaningless without accountability!</p>
<p>What happens if you don't reach your goals? Break it down further, what happens if you miss a meal here and there? What happens if you sleep in and miss training? Big goals are easy to set in fitness....but most never come close to reaching them because there is no accountability in it for them. The everyday grind of progressing towards a goal means day in..day out..meal in..meal out..week in..week out..year in..year out! Try doing that without accountability...stop talking about it and immerse yourself in accountability....SupChe!</p>

<p>When you think of food think 3 things. Natural, Fibrous &amp; Whole and apply that to whenever you are unsure of what to eat. More often then not these 3 simple words will cut through the garbage out there when choosing foods. Quick example, food in a packet or tin...Natural, fibrous, whole?&nbsp;</p>
<p>Think of what our grandparents were eating and get back to something like that. Don't get caught up in all the hype of glamerous diets and supplements....real food thats natural, fibrous &amp; whole will win every time....you know what? <p>With my newfound level of energy &amp; fitness I am now on the weekends riding 45 to 70 km on my racing bike &amp; 10 to 20 km on the surf-racing ski.</p>
