The Only Flagman

Dan Osman was a rock climbing pioneer in the early 90's and one of the first to take extreme sports to a new level. He free climbed (no ropes) massive rock faces, buildings, bridges & trees, basically anything that he thought would challenge him.

In this pic he had just finished filming stunts on a BMX bike for one of Metallica's music video clips and in one of those broke a few ribs. He then sucked it up and vertically free climbed over 400 ft with unbelievable amounts of lactic building & fatigue sett'n in on a level that would make most of us puke! How he then digs deep with the pain of broken ribs to pull the most viewed & respected flagman of all time in Yosemite National Park! To this day it is still a great source of inspiration! At his foundation you would find.....primal pattern exercises...integration of muscle groups & systems...you should know the rest by now....SupChe!!
